In accordance with Louisiana Tax Commission Advisory 02-2021, all change orders processed by the Orleans Parish Assessor’s Office that result in an increased tax liability for property owners are submitted to the Tax Commission as a supplemental assessment roll. Owners of property placed on the supplemental assessment roll have been provided written notice and the appeal procedures by mail.
