ASSESSMENT ROLLS ARE CLOSED, DEADLINE TO APPEAL IS 4 P.M., WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20.
TO DROP OFF AND/OR MAIL YOUR APPEAL
The necessary forms may be picked up at any Open Rolls location - City Hall, Algiers Courthouse, and Lakeview Christian Center - or downloaded from our Forms page.
Appeals must include THREE COPIES of each form and all supporting documentation (recent appraisal, homeowners insurance, photos and/or builder's contract). Each appeal should include completed BOR COVER SHEET and the corresponding form depending on property type:
If you are not the property owner and are submitting an appeal on the property owner's behalf, you must also submit three copies of the BOR Agent/Representative Form.
Appeals submitted in person must be dropped off no later than 4 p.m., Wednesday, August 20, 2014. Mailed appeals must be POSTMARKED no later than Wednesday, August 20, 2014 and addressed to:
